Please be advised that you must open a non-profit bank account in the name of the club. They cannot be personal bank accounts. The account must be approved by the Student Association and the signatories updated annually. The Bank account must have two executive members of the Student Association as signatories on the account (i.e. President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary). If approved, you will be asked to provide the Name, Branch, BSB and Account Number of the Bank Account and list all authorised signatories to the bank account.

Letter of Affiliation

If your Club is affiliated with a University School, or an external organisation, please provide a letter from the School or Organisation approving this affiliation.

Does your club accept the default Constitution of the Student Association as its own?

If no, the Club will need to supply to the Student Association a copy of the Club's Constitution for approval.

Terms of Affiliation

I understand that upon affiliation with the Student Association, the Club / Society is bound to abide by all applicable University policies including the Code of Conduct, the Student Association Club Guidelines, and Event and Activity Guidelines. I understand that Clubs / Societies failing to do so will no longer be able to operate on campus. I understand that where the Club / Society is not bound to submit a Constitution, that the Club / Society is bound by the Constitution of the Student Association of the University of Notre Dame Australia. I also understand that where inconsistencies arise between the Club's / Society’s Constitution and the Student Association Constitution, the Student Association Constitution will prevail and thus the Club / Society will abide by the Constitution of the Student Association of the University of Notre Dame Australia.
