If yes, your Club/Society's Constitution must contain the necessary enabling power. Further, it is the decision of the Student Association to authorise your club's subsidiary affiliation, subject to the relevant Policy: University Affiliation of Student Clubs being satisfied for the purpose of the initial affiliation.

Please be advised that you must open a non-profit bank account in the name of the club. They cannot be personal bank accounts. The account must be approved by the Student Association and the signatories updated annually.
The Bank account must have two executive members of the Student Association as signatories on the account (i.e. President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary).
If approved, you will be asked to provide the Name, Branch, BSB and Account Number of the Bank Account and list all authorised signatories to the bank account.
If your Club is affiliated with a University School, or an external organisation, please provide a letter from the School or Organisation approving this affiliation.
